Personally and professionally, I am always chasing the best version of myself. I want to leave the world better off than I found it, and I want to be part of the change that drives this future. I love learning as I go and thinking on my feet, and feel that my critical thinking skills, self-motivation, and persistence will allow me to succeed in whatever I put my mind to. In a group setting, I often play the role of facilitator because I want everyone on a team to feel that their ideas are heard, not only because it creates a great team dynamic, but also because I think that hearing different approaches to solving a problem often leads to the most innovative solutions. My friends, family, and colleagues have often described me as creative, intelligent, and tenacious. In my next career opportunity I am hoping to use these qualities in a role that will provide challenge and excitement and allow me to grow into the next best version of myself.
